Superintendent-Phoenix Location
As a DLC Superintendent, you’ll be managing a crew of landscape professionals working on large master-planned communities. That’s right, this ain’t your daddy’s landscape business. You won’t be raking leaves at the local convenience store, or picking up dog poop around the corner shopping center. We’re searching for someone who likes the idea of leading a talented and driven crew of professional landscapers, and wants to learn how to do it.
Communications, quality control, water management, improvements, safety; these won’t be buzzwords to you; they’ll be your creed. Whether you’re experienced in landscape management or not, we’re looking for someone to provide significant customer service to our clients, and leadership to our crews, for up to three properties. Please be ready to get down and dirty when necessary!
